This was the top of the line consumer Tanita scale when I bought it, and I do not regret that I chose this model. This makes the measurement for people who work-out more than ten hours a week more accurate. If you are an athletic person then this scale is a very good investment to make.

How do you use this scale I hear you ask? You simply push the number you set up for yourself and then you stand on the scale. It will then weight you and after that it will run through the other tests. It takes about five to ten seconds for the Tanita Ironman to run through all the tests.

After all the measurements it then gives you all the information like Weight, body fat percentage, body water percentage, muscle mass, metabolic age, bone mass, visceral fat(this is the fat surrounding your organs and gut) and BMR (the calories your body needs on a daily basis to survive).
